There are no sponsors yet and no sponsor spots are for sale right now. If this project later accepts sponsors, these rules apply:

• Sponsors are clearly labeled "Sponsor" and shown apart from prices, help programs and parking rules.
• Sponsorship is a flat fee. It never changes a price shown, the order of any list, or whether a program is listed.
• Sponsors do not get readers' information. This site collects none.
• Likely fits: businesses that serve homeowners in winter (heating service, insulation and weatherization, heat-pump installers, firewood and pellet sellers, chimney service, snow removal). Not a fit: lenders or cash-for-house offers aimed at people in financial stress, lead sellers, or anything that implies government endorsement.
• Paid links will be labeled as sponsored, and this page will say so next to each one. Any future affiliate link would carry a clear disclosure beside the link.
• Being a sponsor is not an endorsement by this site, and this site does not endorse any dealer, contractor or program.
